If we feel that it is unsafe for the animal to be shipped because of delivery times or weather, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. If Temperatures are below 40f at night, and higher then 90f during the day high, we require hold for pickup at The local FedEx Ship Center, and will message you via website to arrange a date, location, and time. *THE BUYER MUST PICKUP THE PACKAGE WITHIN 4 HOURS OF ARRIVAL AT FedEx OR THE LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID. In order for our guarantee to take effect, all claims must be made within 4 hours of receiving the animal and any deceased animals kept for further instructions and verification. Besides live arrival guarantee, we have a 7 day health guarantee. If you have what would be a rare issue with your order, do not wait to tell us!
